Reasons:
The First place doe in this class of 2 to 3 yr olds has the highest widest rear udder attachment, with a strong fore attachment, and plum teats. She is yielding dairy character - a longer leaner neck of a very up standing doe in Second, it's this dairy character and more correct placement of the teats that is placing Second over the light blond Third place doe.
Third is sharper in the withers and has a more correct set to the front and rear legs over the darker blond doe in Forth
Forth has a well attached udder with smooth fore attachment, and breed character in her head- ears, just not the dairy character in the length of neck and sharpness of the withers to carry her any higher.
