Reasons:
The doe in
First is an upstanding doe with a very level
top-line, from the withers to the pinbones, a wider more level rump from thurl
to thurl. An angular doe - sharp in the withers, showing dairy character in a
lean neck that blends smoothly into the brisket, she is standing on strong feet,
with rear legs that have a correct set when viewed from the side and rear. It's
this sharp angularity, that is carrying her over the doe in
Second place, that she is having to yield a deeper
body in the area of the flank.
The Second place does more level top-line in the
area of the rump, and dairy character in her leaner/cleaner thighs that is
carrying her over the doe in Third.
The Third place doe has a lot of body depth, just not the clean angularity that you see in the two does above her today.
