Ring 2 - Chris Strickland

This is a very strong line up for grand champion MiniMancha senior doe. The two older does show us the increase in depth and spring of rib of mature animals. However the strength of general appearance and mammary system lie with the 3 younger does. Both the 2 yr old and the 3 yr old excel the yearling in mammary attachment and that is where the competition lies for champion. Of these two it is the 3 year old that is the most balanced individual. In mammary she shows more symmetry in side profile with 1/3 of the udder visible in front of and behind the rear leg. Her length and depth are more proportional to each other. She is more correct in breed character about the ears. She will yield to a more correct front end assembly to the 2 year old but her strength of mammary system carries her into the championship.

She will also be best udder of the MiniMancha breed.

She was a single entry. The 2 year old will now become my reserve grand champion MiniMancha. She is a very pleasing doe to look at due to her correctness and angular dairy character.
