Comments:
This is a close placing
between two very similar types of does. One is placing over two for her
advantages in general appearance. She more feminine and has a more
refined bone structure, as well as being straighter in her front legs
and stronger on her front pasterns.
The second place doe is commended
for the levelness of her topline. |
Comments:
1 excels 2 in dairy character. She is more angular and has a longer
leaner neck than does 2 as well as being cleaner at the junction of the
neck to the brisket and being freer of excess fleshing. In general
appearance she is more correct in front legs when viewed from the front
with less twisting of the leg outward. She also has a longer frame
through chine and loin as well as having more angle through the stifle
to the hock. Both of these does are excellent in body capacity. The
advantage in dairy character again goes to the doe in 1st place. 1 will
yield to 2 more correctness in the breed character category of general
appearance with 2 having a more correct ear for the breed.
2 will be
commended on her size, scale and breed character about the head. |
