Comments:

One is placing over two for her advantage in mammary system. She has more extension and smoothness of blending in the foreudder and has more height in her escutcheon. She also has an advantage in general appearance, having stronger pasterns, cleaner knees, and longer ears.  Two is placing over three primarily for her advantage in mammary system. The second place doe has a more capacious udder that exhibits a more correct length of medial suspensory ligament, more extension and capacity in the rear udder, and more desirably shaped teats.  The third doe is over the fourth doe again for an advantage in mammary system. The third place doe has a more balanced, symmetric udder with teats pointing more directly downward. The fourth place doe is to be commended for her smoothness of blending.

Comments:

One has the advantage over two in mammary system. She excels in symmetry of the mammary system with 1/3 of the udder in front of and 1/3 in back of the rear leg. She also has more extension to the fore udder and carries a higher rear udder attachment. This will give her the 1st udder in the class. She has the advantage in dairy character with a longer, leaner neck and a more incurving thigh both when viewed from the side and the rear. She will yield in width in the chest floor to 2.

Two excels three as we see them first in body capacity having a more correct triangular shape as she drops into the rear barrel and a greater spring of rib. In mammary system she shows more width in the shape of both the rear udder and fore udder. In general appearance she has forelegs that are wider apart and squarer when viewed from the front.

Three clearly excels four in mammary system with a more correct placement, shape and deliniation of teat as well as more width of attachment in the area of the escutcheon. She also has the advantage in general appearance with a shorter pastern particularly to the rear. She will yield to the dairy character of 4 who shows us sharpness, angularity and a long lean neck for which she will be commended.
