One show an advantage over two
in the set to the rear legs when viewed from the rear. Her rear legs are
pointed more correctly forward with less turning in at the hock. She has
an advantage in dairy character beings more angular and freer from
excess flesh in the flank region. She yields more correct breed
character about the nose to 2.
Two excels three in dairy
character. She is more outcurving in the escutcheon and has a longer
neck than does 3. She also has an advantage in body capacity being
deeper at the heart, wider at the point of elbow and deeper into the
rear barrel.
Three
is to be commended for the straightness of the fore leg in side profile. |
