Comments:

One is placing over two for his advantage in general appearance. He is taller at the withers and is straighter in the rear legs when viewed from the rear. He also has an advantage in dairy character, being more angular and cleaner cut.

Two is placing over three in turn for his advantage in general appearance. He is more level over the topline and through the rump. He is straighter and neater in the front legs and is more smoothly blended in the front end.

Three is placing over four for his advantage on his feet and legs, being stronger on his front and rear pasterns and neater in the knees and hocks.

The fourth buck is commended for his dairy character.

Comments:

One excels two in general appearance with a greater stature and length of frame. In dairy character he excels in length of neck and has a cleaner junction of the neck into the chest. He is more angular in the thigh when viewed from the rear.
While a younger buck Two still excels three in general appearance. He is more uphill to the with as well as being straighter in foreleg when viewed from the front. He is also more smoothly blended from neck into the withers with less tendency to be U-necked. He is more level at the hip.
Three excels four in body capacity being deeper at the point of elbow, wider in the chest floor and deeper into the rear barrel. In general appearance his front end assembly appears to blend more smoothly at the top of the shoulder blades into the withers. The buck standing 4th is to be commended for the angulation to the rear leg at the hock.
